Affordable continuing education units (CEUs) for Community Association Managers (CAMs) are provided on this site to ease the process of finding and completing the appropriate number of required course hours in the five specific categories. No more scrambling at the last minute or trying to find a location near you to take the continuing education.

The courses for the 2018 – 2020 reporting period are also still available. A CAM may substitute one or more of these (except the Legal Updates) for courses that have been posted for 2018 – 2020 IF the CAM has not already used a course or courses in the previous period. In other words, you can’t use the same course twice.

Most courses are $7 and the Legal Updates are $14. Hover over the word “Courses” in the navigation above. Choose CEUs for CAMs to begin.

Meet Your Advocate Spencer Hennings!!

Spencer Hennings spoke with community association board members at the early February session of the Community Association Officers’ Forum (CAOF). CAOF posted this presentation because the role of Ombudsman presents condo association boards an important, although sometimes not well-known, benefit.

Spencer’s role as Ombudsman consists of four main tasks: election monitoring, education, facilitating effective communication, and making recommendations for new condominium laws. He functions as an external liaison and neutral third party for the state of Florida with the primary purpose of resolving issues before they become official complaints with the State, arbitration or litigation. Ombudsman Spencer Hennings can be reached at:
