CEUs for CAMS

Affordable continuing education units (CEUs) for Community Association Managers (CAMs) are provided on this site to ease the process of finding and completing the appropriate number of required course hours in the five specific categories. No more scrambling at the last minute or trying to find a location near you to take the continuing education.

The courses for the 2014 – 2016 reporting period are also still available. A CAM may substitute one or more of these (except the Legal Updates) for courses that have been posted for 2016 – 2018 IF the CAM has not already used a course or courses in the previous period. In other words, you can’t use the same course twice.

Most courses are $7 and the Legal Updates are $14. Hover over the word “Courses” in the navigation above. Choose “CEUs for CAMs” to begin.

Condominium Association Board Certification

On July 1, 2010, Florida Statute was amended to provide an option that newly elected board members may take a division approved educational curriculum when elected or in anticipation of being elected to qualify for board service. Education Pathway’s “Condominium Association Board Certification Course” fulfills this option.

Upon completion, print the certificate and give it to your association’s Secretary to include in permanent records. The cost of the course is $12. Hover over the word “Courses” in the navigation above. Choose “Condominium Association Board Certification” to begin.

How to Take an Online Course

1. Hover over the word "Courses" in the navigation of any page, then click on the name of the course you would like to take.
2. Scroll through the list of courses then click on the course you want to purchase.
3. Click on the orange "Add to cart" button.
4. You may click on the orange "Continue Shopping" button to purchase more courses or you may click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to pay for your course.
5. Proceed to checkout: Fill in the appropriate information in the form, then click on the orange "Place order" button. If you do not have PayPal, do not worry. When you are taken to the PayPal screen, you may pay with a credit card.
6. Once you have paid for your course, you will be redirected to a "Checkout" confirmation page - scroll down to "Order Details" and click on the link under "Product" that starts with "Download File: Click here for [then the name of your course]. You can also access all of your paid courses by clicking on the 'My Account' tab at the top or on this link: My Account." Any course or courses you purchased will be listed with a "clickable" link to the course(s).
7. Follow the onscreen course.
8. Click on "next" at the top or bottom of each page within each course.
9. Reporting your course: there is a link to report the completion of your course at the end of your course. You must complete the form that you reach through this link to have your course reported.
