Class completions are reported to the DPOR. (Allow up to 5 days to post to your DPOR account).
Continuing Education and Renewal Date: Every 2 years on the last day of the original license issuance month.
The Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation requires that participants complete the affidavit to certify that they have personally completed the continuing education Real Estate Renewal Package course without help from any other individual(s). The participants are to save the affidavit for up to 3 years in case of an audit.
