Since November 1, 2018, LARA requires continuing education courses to be reviewed and certified by CE Marketplace (operated by Michigan Realtors®) for the credit to count toward renewal. Education Pathways’ Michigan courses are CE Marketplace certified, and completions are reported to your CE Marketplace profile — usually within 24 hours, though the governing agency can take a few days to post it.
Michigan doesn’t use a single school-wide provider number the way some states do. Each Education Pathways Michigan course instead carries its own individual CE Marketplace certification number — see the CE Classes page for details on each class.
