Since November 1, 2018, LARA requires continuing education courses to be reviewed and certified by CE Marketplace (operated by Michigan Realtors®) for the credit to count toward renewal. Education Pathways’ Michigan courses are CE Marketplace certified, and completions are reported to your CE Marketplace profile — usually within 24 hours, though the governing agency can take a few days to post it.
6 hours covering Michigan Civil Rights Laws and Fair Housing plus Real Estate Code of Ethics — one full year of CE in one purchase. Any of the 3 yearly bundles works equally well; see CE Classes for all three.
