Complete required CE by April 30 to avoid the mandatory $200 late CE processing fee. Completing it from May 1 through June 30 does not remove that fee.

Education Pathways reports course completions. Its product pages describe submission usually within 24 hours, but that is separate from the full transfer and posting process. NJREC advises allowing approximately 10 business days. Finish early and follow up with the provider if your record is missing a completion.

No. You still need to satisfy the applicable CE requirement and complete license renewal. The $200 fee applies to late CE completion; it is not a substitute for credits or the regular renewal process.
No. NJREC requires each licensee to submit their own online questionnaire. A Broker of Record cannot submit your renewal until that step is complete.
An expired license does not authorize real estate brokerage activity. Follow NJREC’s reinstatement instructions for your license type; completing CE by itself does not reinstate a license.
Yes. A CE exemption does not remove the separate questionnaire and license-renewal requirements. Confirm the steps for your license category with NJREC.
