When you finish, download your certificate of completion and give it to the association secretary. Under Chapter 720 the association keeps each director’s certificate for members to inspect for five years after the election. Keep a personal copy.
Complete certification within 90 days after election or appointment, then repeat it at least every four years. A director who does not file the certificate on time is suspended from the board until the requirement is met.
