Each calendar year must include at least 2 hours of real estate law, rules, and court cases, and at least 1 hour of Fair Housing coursework, effective February 13, 2024. The remaining hours that year may be general real estate education.
Yes. Since November 1, 2018, LARA has required continuing education courses to be reviewed and certified by CE Marketplace, operated by Michigan Realtors®. Education Pathways’ Michigan courses are CE Marketplace certified, and completions are reported to your CE Marketplace profile — usually within 24 hours, though the governing agency can take a few days to post it.
