No. Education Pathways offers separate certification courses for condominium (Chapter 718) and homeowners’ association (Chapter 720) directors. Choose the one that matches your association.
Within 90 days after being elected or appointed. Condominium directors may also complete it within one year before election or appointment.
HOA directors repeat the education at least every four years. A condominium certification generally remains valid for seven years of uninterrupted service.
